You can post cleaning jobs for single-family homes, apartments and condos, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, vacation rentals, and event venues.
Your job remains available for contractors to claim until your preferred service date. If nobody claims it in time, the job expires and you can post it again.
You can request a cancellation or reschedule from your job page, subject to the cancellation terms that apply to your booking.
A card is required to post a job, but you won’t be charged upfront. When a contractor claims your job, we place a temporary hold for the job amount. It may appear as a pending transaction on your statement, but it isn’t a charge. You’re charged once the job is marked as complete. If no contractor claims your job, you’re never charged. If you cancel after it’s claimed, the hold is released unless a cancellation fee applies. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
